Before you start Yoga, you must clear your bowels and bladder; clean your nostrils and throat of all mucus.

wtf is that?

Under your "Rules of Yoga", you state that "Woman should not practice yoga during menstruation.".

There are in fact very good Yoga Asanas which will benefit the female body greatly, and ease certain discomforts that some women experience during menstruation, and these are the gentle Asanas.

Generally, women are recommended NOT to practice the following during menstruation
1) No vigorous Asana routine during the first 3 days of menstruation. Practice may resume on the 4th day depending on one's personal individual well-being.
2) No full body Asana inversions during the entire duration of menstruation. But Viparita Karani (legs up against the wall with the body flat on the floor) is soothing to the body's system during menstruation.
3) No Uddhiyana Bandha during menstruation.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on your site.
